Francesca & Mikaela, two of Miriam Christine’s students, were chosen to represent Malta in this year’s Junior Eurovision Song Contest to be held on the 21st of November in Kyiv, Ukraine.
Francesca & Mikaela, two of Miriam Christine’s students, were chosen to represent Malta in this year’s Junior Eurovision Song Contest to be held on the 21st of November in Kyiv, Ukraine. Sixty six songs were submitted for this year’s edition of the Maltese selection. A professional jury had selected the twenty songs that were performed on the night of the 12th of September.
Finally it was Francesca Sciberras and Mikaela Bajada whose performance of Double Trouble won the hearts of the seven-member jury, one of the member's votes to be the ones from the televoters.
Two other acts under Miriam Christine's guidance placed 3rd and 4th to bring a very successful evening to an end.
