As final preparations for the Junior Eurovision in Ukraine near an end, Malta’s representatives Francesca and Mikaela visited His Excellency, President Dr George Abela yesterday in Valletta.

After the visit, Miriam Christine said “I was very impressed by how much time the President spent with us and how much of his interests he shared with us and the level of interest he showed in the two young singers. He was very open and warm. I was also encouraged by how much he cares about culture and the arts and his enthusiasm for promoting these areas.”

President Dr Abela wished Francesca and Mikaela the very best of luck and told them to take as much from this experience as possible.
