I hope this blog finds you all well. Carnival is over... and I performed at the Victoria Gozo Carnival last Saturday. I have to thank - and salute - the few people who braved the dismal weather and turned up at Independence Square to watch the show. It was cold, windy and rainy, but I still loved performing my new song ‘Beautiful Contradiction’, and was quite pleased with the public’s warm reaction to it. Pity the weather was so bad... I’m sure it would have been packed if the rain hadn’t turned up.

Have been meaning to write about the Malta Eurosong finals for a long time but got caught up with quite a few things and didn’t manage to find some decent time to analyse the results and put my thoughts down in writing. I’m sure some people won’t like what I have to say, but I’m only speaking my mind... and if I can’t do that on my own blog... where can I do it?

I hope this will find you all well out there. I was feeling much better until a day ago – I now have a sore throat again! I have to admit that I am missing summer so much. Don’t take me wrong, I like winter too, especially this month with Christmas and all the holidays approaching. I just can’t stand this war that these colds and flu are waging against my throat and my poor vocal chords!
