Miriam Christine will be performing some of her popular songs during ‘Taste of Summer’ a special activity of live attractions organised by the Xaghra Local Council.

Miriam Christine will be part of an entertaining programme presented by Favourite Channel, with hosts Karl and Romina, and consisting of a live band conducted by Mro Paul Abela on Saturday 15th May, Victoria, Gozo.

Miriam Christine will sing her new single ‘Beautiful Contradiction’ at Klozet Club in Paceville, late on Saturday the 20th of February. She will be singing the up-beat song when the Malta Eurosong Final will be over and a lot of participants in this year’s edition, fans and general members of the public will flock to this popular club to celebrate the end of the competition.

On Wednesday the 23rd of December Miriam Christine will perform her song ‘Beautiful Contradiction’ during the third semi-final in the Maltese selection for the 2010 Eurovision Song Contest. Similar to what has happened in the first two semi-final heats, six acts will compete to be among the top 20 that will eventually reach the grand final.

Miriam Christine has collaborated with other well-known local singers that have represented Malta in the Eurovision Song Contest over the years on a new song. ‘Dinja Gdida’ has just been launched by the Community Chest Fund to raise funds for l-Istrina.

The song was composed by Philip Vella while the words of the song were written by Prof Joe Friggieri who explained that the aim of the song was to help those in need.
